“I received a Gucci watch with one of the letters fallen off the logo inside. I contacted customer service and they assured me they would exchange it for a new one. I waited 4 weeks as stipulated in the communication and nothing came. When I enquired they sent me the tracking number for the original purchase and said it was delivered and I would have to go after the postal service. I forced the issue and they admitted that there was an error and they would send me the new tracking number soon. I waited 4 weeks again - nothing. I asked again and they said they had made an error and they would send the new tracking number soon - 4 weeks later again - still nothing. BE Cautious these people are scammers at customer service!!”
