I ordered a watch from them on April 16, 2013 and I’m still waiting for it. I have emailed and left a message on their phone. No response… this place is a scam

I ordered a watch on April 10th. I immediately got an email that it will take about 10 days for the watch to be shipped. 9 days later, I didn't get any email. So I contacted them to see what was up with the order. They told me it will take a bit more time. Finally they mentioned it will arrive by May 12th. On May 12th I contacted them again, and they told me that the watch was there but no one was in their office to ship it. They offered to refund it, since I needed this watch for a birthday absolutely on the 13th (Saturday). When I asked if I could get a receipt of the refund being done, they mentioned the refund team was outsourced and would do it later. I keep emailing and calling (you never get to talk to some one BTW it's always the answering machine), no one updates me on the refund. We are Tuesday. I am wondering now on the legitimacy of this company. Everything seems very fishy to me. I don't recommend. I think they sell watches that they don't have, and I don't think it's a real company with people working every day in an shop/ office.

They don’t actually have the watch in stock, like they claim on their website. Now I’m stuck trying to negotiate with them on a return, without their 8% fee, because they don’t have the watch that I purchased. And I need back out an Affirm loan in the process. What a mess.

AVOID THIS SELLER! Bought unique Omega watch they showed ‘in stock’ on their website. They processed order and took my $ from account immediately. Received 3 confirming emails with guidance to wait 5-10 days for shipping. At day 7, I followed up and they indicated they didn’t have the watch as promised and offered to replace it with another model. Important note here - they continued to show the watch as ‘in stock’ on their site. I requested immediate refund and they went dark for a day. When I followed up the next day, they indicated they tried to source the watch with another vendor (not authorized or requested by me - I asked for immediate refund) but could process a refund if requested. I reiterated my request for an immediate refund they asked for 3-5 days for ‘bank processing’ time. Now on day 3 since that email and day 5 since refund request and still have not received my $. Have also reported them to BBB. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

They waited 5 days until my money was deposited and after multiple emails saying everything was good and sent me shipping email that the watch wasnt working right and I should pick a different watch than try and recommend me other watches that were all cheaper than the one I paid for! They sell watches on ebay for half the price of their online store too! I'm waiting to get my money back.
