“I recently bought a pair of Tusa fins from you. When they arrived they were nowhere near my size. I have returned them to you and hopefully, exchanging them for a Mares pair which I have had before. The Watersports Warehouse colleague that I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. I don't know if you can create some sort of size comparison across the different makes.”
