“Had a conversation via email, before buying a SMB. Replies to queries was always prompt and informative. Product arrived as stated. Postal service was Royal Mail, so it would have been easy to pick up the package if necessary.”

“I ordered a Chums neoprene floating sunglasses retainer. Website cost £9.99, when it arrived there was a £7.99 price sticker on it. £3.50 for postage seemed a little steep too. The item itself appears to be ok, although I'm not convinced on the quality of the stitching where the sunglass arms fit in to it.”

Hi Mr Long, on investigation it would seem that the item sent to you was picked from our shop floor as we were low on stock and it had been priced incorrectly in the shop. However, as a gesture of goodwill I have refunded the £2 difference in price. To my knowledge we have never had any quality issues with Chums products, hopefully yours will prove satisfactory. “Prompt service. Packaging was slightly damaged but that was the courier. No damage to wetsuit though and I like the fact that there is a quality checking system before it leaves. Great wetsuit at a very competitive price and I would definitely order from them again.”
