This was the purchase of a replacement battery kit for a Cressi computer. Mr King accused us of "misrepresenting" a product on our website claiming it was not a genuine Cressi spare part, and as such was unsuitable. We proved with verification from Cressi that the part was genuine. We only sell genuine manufacturers' parts and have been a Cressi retailer for over 30 years.

“Received items today and fit well and of good quality. As described. Snug fit. XL kids wetsuit glove c-skins legend (first glove to fit my fingers length) and size 5 wetsuit legend C-skins sock. (Order the bigger size if between sizes) . Package arrived within 3 working days. Well packaged. Great service.”

“Used website to purchase buoncy aids, click and collect worked well, we were on holiday in cornwall, so collected, struggled to find warehouse a bit though thought it'd shut down as google maps takes you to unit nxt door, but happily no, sourced the wstersport items we needed easily”
