“Very efficient delivery. I have not yet opened the parcel. The goggles are for my grandson. I don’t yet need them so have set the parcel aside for 72 hours. I am very pleased with the service so far. Thank you. E Pratt”

Hi Rachel, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, i'm glad you are pleased with both the price and speedy delivery. We do try to use minimal packaging, and recycle as much as possible of the packaging that we receive goods in. However we also want customers to receive their orders in good condition, the bags we use are tough and normally stand up to handling by the carriers. This incident would seem to be an exception as it's the first time we've had a problem reported to us in many years, in fact we often get praise for not 'over packaging' our shipments.
