“The top rank should be 'excellent' in my view. I had an eye test at lunchtime on 4 April; ordered a new dive mask that afternoon with prescription lenses and these arrived at lunchtime on 6 April - it is so good to be able to recognise such customer service which is sadly lacking in so many companies and organisations lately.”
