“I recently bought a mask, which upon receipt was faulty. The customer service was exceptional. A very pleasant lady on the phone, to actually talk to a human makes all the difference for me. Issue resolved, replacement sent out with free post to return the faulty item.”

“Amazing! Having gone to a competitor to order some snorkelling equipment for my wife; paid in full, only to receive an email stating none of the items are in stock and had a lead time of at least 7 to 10 days. So I cancelled the order and found Watersports Warehouse's website. Their website is very easy to navigate and I found what I needed quickly. Everything was competitively priced and delivered in less than 24 hours. Thank you very much!”

Hi Martin Thanks for taking the time to review our service, there's a lot of competition these days with lots of sites offering product that they don't actually keep in stock.
