“Telephoned before I placed my order asking for information about a bathing cap and it wasn't expensive but I needed to know if it would let water in. Was told my hair would probably get damp/wet just around the edges but no guarantee which I accepted. At this stage the service was friendly and delivery was quick. On the 2 occasions that I swam my hair was drenched so not at all suitable so I 'phoned for further advice and any advice about what other caps on their site may be suitable. The lady I spoke with was also the person I first spoke to and she wasn't quite so pleasant as the first time. I was just stating a fact I wasn't criticising Watersports because it let too much water in. Certainly not impressed with the backend Customer Service.”

“Very good service, order arrived super quickly. Someone from the Warehouse rang me shortly after I placed my order to tell me some more products had just been delivered, and checked in case I wanted to change my order. This was above and beyond, and we had a very fruitful conversation about wet suit sizes. Both the wet suits I ordered arrived very quickly and I'm pleased to say they both fit!”
