“Ordering through the website was easy, and dispatch went efficiently. Delivery however with the chosen courier was very disappointing. Courier system allowed for specific instructions to be added for the driver, who ultimately failed to follow them and my order was not delivered on time. also as no weekend delivery was available (despite being told otherwise) the order was finally delivered three days late. Watersports Warehouse were excellent in dealing with me, thus this review is positive towards the retailer, but negative towards their chosen courier.”
