We try to be as friendly and helpful as possible, for most of our customers, as can be seen from our reviews, we achieve that. Free delivery is an option on most orders and full details of our returns policy is on our website, we also send out a leaflet with every order, together with your receipt, explaining how to return an item. Unfortunately like most small retailers selling branded products we are unable to cover the cost of 'free' returns. I am sorry you consider this to be a 'nightmare' situation. “I ordered goggles and water socks. Both arrived really quickly. Sadly the socks were too small (my fault) I returned them and reordered larger ones. All so easy and seamless. Such good service!”

“Bought the Black/pink camo Dryrobe for my daughters birthday - I ordered it from here because it was a present and WW gave an extended return policy for the Christmas period. As it turned out I didn’t need the extended period because it was so wet she has had it early while we were on holiday. She loves it and it’s had lot of wear already. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.”
