“My order arrived, but missing half of one snap clip. Entirely not the fault of the seller, one phone call, problem solved, without having to return. They sourced the missing part and sent it out. Excellent customer service, if only all companies were this helpful!”

“Totally recommend Watersports Warehouse! They provided an excellent service with superb communication throughout the order process. Delivery was really efficient and everything was so carefully packed. When exchanging a wetsuit, they provided excellent customer care and gave immediate support for returning the wetsuit. Couldn't have been more helpful. Will definitely use again!!”

“Prompt delivery of a quality, good value product - a cosy Dry Robe - purchased to facilitate my feeling safe returning to swimming in my local pool as COVID restrictions lifted. Worth promoting this use to others perhaps? Also would be helpful to know what size the model in the picture is wearing - I took a chance and bought a medium despite the suggestion in the advert that the large size would have longer sleeves. The medium is perfect and is probably what the model is wearing.”
