Hi Jane, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Your order was shipped on the 15th by standard second class post and according to the Royal Mail delivered on the 19th. We say allow 2 to 5 days, many orders arrive in 2 but a few do take a little longer. Regarding the tape, I'm glad it worked well though we have no control over the content, we simply retail the Gear Aid product. Mike George, Managing Director

“This item arrived in great time and was packaged well. It is a great product and is ideal for my son when he uses his paddle board. It is very secure and waterproof and fits mostly any mobile phone. It is also great that you can still use your phone through the case and without needing to remove the phone.”

“Great service A to Z An informative site , not only showing different brands available , but brands were accompanied with there own size charts , a plus . Unfortunately not all sellers offer this !!! Easy to buy a wet suit but sizes differ so much to each brand therefore it can be a nightmare and somewhat of a miracle to end up with a correctly fitting wet suit , as you can end up having to pay for wet suit to be altered for that perfect fit which is not cheap .”
