“I stumbled across Watersports Warehouse whilst doing some online Christmas shopping for my husband's presents. I'm so glad that I did....there was so much choice. He's a keen diver so I bought two items. They arrived on Time with lovely follow up messages. He has asked me where I got the items from as he loved them so much on Christmas day.”

Hi Hetty, sorry to hear that you haven't received your parcel yet, you ordered it on the evening of Saturday 12th, we despatched it on the following Monday, 14th. Unfortunately it would seem to be still in the Royal Mail system, caught up in the backlog the Royal Mail is reporting due to both the volume of parcels and the effects of staff shortages caused by Covid. Unfortunately, once it's been despatched there is nothing we can do to influence delivery, hopefully you will receive it soon. Mike George, Managing Director.
