“I found the website easy to use. I ordered 2 Robies and although it said standard delivery would take 2-5 days they arrived the very next day. I was delighted as they were a present. The feel of the towelling is great too although I've not used them yet.”

“Excellent service, prompt replies to emails, fault with Royal Mail damaging parcel but no problem returning goods or being offered a refund on item. My recommendation is that fragile goods should be more protected with cardboard to prevent damage during postage, but top class company which I would certainly use in the future.”
