“Make the cartridge replacement process easier. I couldn't even find a record anywhere (manual or on the order emails) about which model I have so as to ensure I get the right cartridges.”

“received the product, unpacked, read installation instructions, preceded with the install, tested the installation and it leaked. unassembled the filter reread the instructions followed step by step and installed again, turned the water on and in was still leaking. I really can't give this filter a rating, it appears to be solidly manufactured, I don't know if it is incompatible with my 21 year old kitchen faucet, I damaged it some how or I did something incorrectly. I am not seeking a refund or planning on returning the item since I don't believe that the item is defective.”
