“Ho ordinato un pacco pieno di cose bellissime. Purtroppo il corriere ha rovinato il pacco ma il servizio clienti di Waterdrop è stato eccezionale: mi hanno risposto velocissimamente e dato più opzioni per riparare al danno che non era nemmeno loro. Insomma eccezionali non solo nei prodotti ma anche nel modo in cui si prende cura dei suoi clienti!”
