“Ordered oil through a broker (Boiler Juice) who allocated the order to Watsons Fuels
The delivery date came and went and no oil
Phoned supplier who didn't seem to know where the oil was unless it was out for delivery on that day and every day I phoned it was not out for delivery
Had promises of phone calls and emails when they knew the answer to my question and guess what no phone call or emails were forth coming
I have now given up and I'm going to phone the firm I normally use and pay for an emergency delivery
If the emergency oil turns up before the Watsons order I will cancel with the broker but apparently very unlikely to get my money back any time soon as other reviews seem to suggest

Do not use this company or any of its branches!! Customer service absolutely appalling with discourteous rude staff who simply do not care nor know how to speak to customers. They also do not deliver on time. Order placed 2 weeks ago and did not arrive on time and despite numerous requests for assistance they refused to help.
I have just found out they have now cancelled my order as apparently ‘I’ was rude? Hilarious given how their staff seem to treat customers. I sent a complaint through an in line with their shocking culture they have not even bothered to acknowledge.
Looking at the reviews on here and other sites they clearly don’t care about improving their service or listening to customer feedback! Disgusting way to treat paying customers.
Needless to say we will advise our local village consortiums to avoid at all costs.”
