It is useless for professional use. It is very good for beginners to learn how Elliott Wave is Working.
The Company
They go with an overly aggressive sales strategy I've never imagine it is possible. They are trying to force you to buy a subscription.
Because they evaluate cookies, IPs and emails, They are accusing me after trial period, I opened a new account using a different email, something I never did, my brother just used once or twice my account and when trial finished, he created his own trial.
This is the exact wording how the mails starts and they consider this a frinedly one....
"Our automated systems detected that you have violated our policies by creating multiple accounts..." They don't ask what happened, they make you directly a violator.
I never created a second account as I use MotiveWave which is the best Elliot Wave tool out there. Wavebasis look like a toy in comparison.
Now, instead to apologize for this fatal mistake, they are attacking me and open a fight publicly which for me is an evidence of their awful knowledge of customer service.
At the same they try to fix their reputation by lying publicly saying I have confirmed by email (imagine, even I really did create a second account why should I tell them?), which I never did. Now they are doing everything to make me remove this bad review!
They are speaking about having evidence (which they do not. If they have some, they could show the evedence to trustpilot and they would remove this review) and in the same mail, they are offering a 25% discount. Disgusting.
