The software itself is amazing. It's so easy to use and flexible, and the automatic wave counts save me A LOT of time. I compared some of them to another service that I use and they are the same or better. I'm still learning how elliott wave works and wavebasis has all these different features that really help newbies like me (like the wave guide and next subwaves, I love it!)
Also, I had a problem (that turned out to be my mistake) and wrote to their customer support on a sunday and I didn't expect an answer until the markets were open again on monday, but somebody wrote right back to me that same day and helped me understand what I was missing.
