“I’m so sad to leave a one star review. Wave sent me the incorrect phone case after waiting a couple weeks to receive it. I emailed the team and asked for a new case to be sent, included the order number and a picture of incorrect case they sent. After one week they still have yet to reply. So now I’m stuck with an expensive phone case I cant do anything with and out $.”

“Mein Case habe ich vor 2 Wochen bestellt. Vor 10 Werktagen erhielt ich die Versandbestätigung. Beim Bestellvorgang wurde eine Lieferzeit von 3-5 Tagen (nach Deutschland) angegeben. Im Kleingedruckten auf der Website hieß es dann: bis zu 10 Werktage für internationalen Versand. Diese Zeit ist ebenfalls verstrichen. Eine Nachverfolgung ist auch mit der angepriesenen, Daten sammelnden Shop-App nicht möglich. Bin sehr enttäuscht und hätte wohl lieber wieder auf den Konkurrenten Pela aus Kanada vertraut.”
