Product arrived in a little more than 2 weeks, tracking was not available so was not able to estimate time for package to arrive.
Packaging:
Packaging was more to the simple side (which is good for being as ecofriendly as possible) , would have preferred if the 2 cases were protected slightly better. The iphone 13 was kinda stuffed inside the iphone 15 prox max and the pro max case kinda blugged a bit.
However been using the cases for more than a week and cases are great! :)”

“Phone case is nice and high quality, but international shipping to Germany incurred 1EUR customs plus 7.50EUR handling fee. I'm sure Wave could find a way to make shipping within the EU work without causing additional charges.
Edit: Wave meanwhile gave me a refund covering the custom charges. I hadn't asked / expected them to, so this was a pleasant surprise. 5/5 for outstanding customer service!”

“I received my wave case cover promptly but on seeing the item I was not impressed and changed my mind. I emailed wave case advising them I intend to return the item, but to date I have not received a reply. the 72 hour reply time is untrue in my case. In the meantime I returned the case to you and as yet have not had the charge refunded to my account.
Not happy with this service and would not recommend this comapny should I be asked.
