bought 2 plug ins and its not possible to change the install folder. i made another folder for plug in. i spoke with their technical support and they told me i have nothing to do and theres no refund!

“Once you buy a hardware, nobody informs you that delay time varies between 4-6 weeks (to reduce shipping costs they say). You pay 15 US$ (much more than any other shipping company) and you can wait and wait and wait. When you ask for a refund, cause you consider it as a scam, they don't leave you.
