“Recently ordered a package of Fur ingrown microdart patches. I haven't tried the product. Delivery was slow. Slow enough that I had to contact customer service which they remedied fairly quickly. My question is why was the product sent in a box 8 x 10 x 4.5" when it could definitely fit into a small padded envelope. I was hesitant to order from Waxonomy because of the shipping costs and now I understand why shipping costs are so high.”
