I ordered a tub chair from you.It was delivered very quickly.Unfortunately the colour wasn't as I like so on the day of arrival I requested a return and it was picked up the next day.That is what I call excellent customer service.

Ordered a kitchen trolley that unfortunately one piece was missing, they didn't hesitate to replace it the very next day, were so helpful and understand and even said I could recycle or donate that one, will be giving it to a young lady for needed extra bathroom storage after the lockdown. I'm very happy with Wayfair and their customer service team.
