“Had a claim about a defective SD card. I sent them the picture and all of the information they requested before discarding of the defective card. 4 days later I get an email stating that they need the card back. I told them it wash in the trash and that their warrantee program is a SCAM!!!”

I advised I had CCTV and they didnt listen, i had to keep calling courier who admitted delivered to wrong address and get a crime number from police and STILL they keep my money, didnt refund and did not even try and follow up. I wont be back at all ever”

Worst customer experience ever
Ordered 2x western digital gold hard drives on the 1/1/21, after 5 days had an email saying not in stock and due to brexit don’t know when they will be in ,so phoned up to cancel. After another 5 days get an email saying they are on there way, immediately ring and say I’ve cancelled, call centre say “ you cannot cancel “
So this is what you have to do ,when the drives arrive I “refuse delivery “ (ups courier) and then the parcel gets sent back to western digital ,not uk but goes to Netherlands, i have tracked parcel and it’s still in uk ( 8 days and counting )so nearly £300 down ,at the moment all because nobody can pick up the phone to stop a order,!!!”
“I have found that it is impossible to download my own files from My Cloud storage except one at a time. When you select two or more files, the download option disappears. This is supposedly solvable with an app (why should you need an extra app to download your own files?) However, it is impossible to get the app to work. In fact, it is impossible using the app to access your own My Cloud drive. It won't recognise the user name or password that you normally use. Why should something so simple be so difficult? I don't get these problems with Dropbox.”
“Unable to provide support on a new cloud unit, they advise workarounds which are complicated and not feasible. Wanted to return the new product within the 30 days money back guarantee. Their call centre are coached to give you the runaround to frustrate the process. Worst company to deal with. Had to write to CEO.”
