“Really appreciated the customer service and tracking emails and the helmet actually arrived sooner than I thought it would. I was expecting something clunkier and bigger so I was surprised at how small and light it is whilst clearly being fit for purpose. My teenaged son rides lime bikes every day and refuses to take a helmet with him to school. We’ve had the Newlane helmet for over 10 days and he hasn’t missed a day!
