Scam …Total waste of money won’t bother to reply if you are about to claim your insurance

I never really leave reviews but always find myself reading them, and tend to think that if a company has a lot of bad reviews then they are from people like me, however, when I needed to claim for a cracked screen and back on my Galaxy S21 Ultra I was SO apprehensive about sending my phone off to So Sure, enough where I contemplated just paying for the phone to be fixed privately. Thankfully I took the risk and paid my excess and honestly it's the best risk I've taken in a long time, they literally couldn't be any better. My phone was collected on Friday, I received texts/notifications at every stage of the process and my phone was returned LIKE NEW on Tuesday (there was a slight delay from DPD and the fact it was over a weekend) I honestly couldn't thank So Sure enough and have definitely learnt my lesson that people only tend to leave reviews if they have had a bad experience, not if they receive what they expected. I will be a repeat customer for years to come.

Ive paid my insurance on my mobile phone, and now the time has come where im having to claim on my insurance, hence excatly the reason i took the policy out in the first place, incase of such eventuality! But,.. I can NOT get through to any so sure representive to deal with the matter in hand! I feel very much a victim of crime comitted by yourselves against me, by taking money off me under false pretences! I feel that there was no intention to reemburse me for my phone, and that even though i took ALL necessary precautions to be compensated or given another replacement, yet i am still without a phone or any sense from 'so sure' !!! If i do not hear from a representitive or employee within the next 24hrs, you will have forced my hand into legal action taken out against yourselves, if this matter is not or can not be resolved as easy as it should have! Also, i will be contacting trading standards, and the ombudsman regarding this matter! If you can get in touch asap regarding this matter, i would very much appreciate the effort, thank you. The worst in my experience. wont respond to your claim. No direct communication method available . A month without a phone and still

DO NOT USE SO-SURE TO INSURE TOUR PHONE. after someone cracked the back glass of my phone, i got in contact with them and they advised me over the phone that the parts would be genuine, and the repairer (Ologic) website even stated this too. after receiving my phone back, i found that they had replaced the rear housing and front glass for non-genuine parts, which stopped features like TrueTone and the IP68 waterproofing from working. after an inspection i also found that they had replaced the battery inside the phone for a non-genuine apple battery. i called so-sure up stating this, and they simply told me the policy states ‘the parts may be unbranded’, even though i was told over the phone they would be genuine, the repairers website stated they are genuine and this is the only reason i did agree. they are now covering themselves after clearly lying to me over the phone and misleading me, and will not do anything further to help me, leaving me with a £1,300 phone which does not operate the way it’s intended to.
