Hello. I ordered clothing items that are Defective-Poor Quality, Items pictured was not what was sent. How can I get my money back for these items. I have been back and forth with help@wearvip.com and was only offered 12% off if I were to purchase yet another item from you. This just is Not fair. This is in regards to item number W6361. Can anyone help me?
