“I feel i have been robbed by Mr David Willamson. I Had windows fitted back in 2020 and had problems from day one which are getting worse. I saved hard to have my windows replaced and the quality is so poor that l can hear people speaking when they are walking pass on the pavement, the windows that i had in for over 20years were better. Windows are full of condensation, black mould around the silicon, glass vibrates and crackles in the wind, my house is frozen. He just fobs you off and comes up with excuse after excuse. I thought that someone you know of and who lives in the area you stay would be a safe option. I want my money refunded has anyone managed to do this and if so if you could let me know how to go about it. Do not fall for his sales pitch. Con Man”
“If I could put a minus 5 I would. This guy David Williamson took my money 3 and 1/2 years ago, fitted my windows, which looked ok. Then I find out when trying to get a hold of them as 5 of my windows have condensation between the panes, that 6 days after he took my money, his so called business dissolved. Con man, and he knew before he stepped in my house. Sickened by folk like him. Will be reporting him to Trading Standards and probably court proceedings will be started. Thief and liar Mr Williamson.”

Front door glass is unsealed at the bottom so rain pours in.
Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to use, their salesmen are full of it, shame the windows don’t live up to their hype.
They tried to put the payments up and actually sent a big guy round to our house and said if we didn’t pay the increased price (we had agreed and signed for the amount) the boss would come round and take his windows back, absolute scummy way to treat people.
They won’t come out to fix windows until you pay £90, if they decide it’s our fault they get to keep the money.
Offered us cashback which took months because there was nobody there to sign it off.
Please for your stress levels Do Not use this awful company. They should be shut down.

“Just called to complain that guy delivering leaflets (unsolicited mail) failed to put it through the letter box - a dead give away over holidays and a sign to burglars… PLUS this guy was spitting filthy gobs on my garden path and pavement outside my house. Guy who answered 01415332156 refused to accept my complaint because I was calling from a withheld number. It’s a term and condition of my sensitive occupation that I do thus. My phone. My choice. Clearly cowboys that employ cowboys.”
“Fitted 8 windows and 2 doors June 2021 no aftercare no phone call once they took the cash they disappeared! “Customer service is non existence, price not good within very poor installation and extremely poor fitting, please don't contact this company they are living proof of how to con hard working people to part with their money and do a utterly disgraceful job. Windows wrong size, not silicone , uneven sizes of surround , not sealed outside. They are con men.

Unfortunately it has proved impossible to have anyone from Weathersealed Home Improvements attend to carry out repairs and make safe despite many telephone calls to them and promises to have action taken.”
