Amateurs closing tickets without any solution, no managers at all.  They took my e-commerce website down two times in a month by billing error. The site was down without any warning, hours to bring it back. Forced me to make international calls because they have no instant message,  or emergency support. All trouble is done by a ticket system that closes cases without any solution, forcing you to open more and more tickets. When the site was back they retrieve the wrong DNS configuration, probably an old backup because even backups do poorly. After all this trouble I asked the transfer codes to move the domain to another provider and they simply don't give me. So far I opened 7 tickets for this exactly SEVEN TIMES THE SAME TICKET. They close the ticket without sending me the codes, or they ask me to make an international call. This problem is still not resolved. They don't care or have any respect for others. Their goal is to drive you crazy with a lack of support.  Also, be aware that the additional items to your shopping cart without your consent. Very poor and anti-ethical attitude. Think twice before hiring web.com or networksolutions.com services. Shame on them.

Terrible customer service. They want you to pay for everything, even when they screw up. Upper management is incompetent. And the low level people i spoke to were rushed and always trying to sell me something.. The company's directive is not to help you...... it is to take your money The company in whole is just terrible.
