“They are nothing more than a scam organization.. Every time you contacted the keep asking for more and more money And do not deliver the completed product. They still owe me money for a full refund for not giving me the agreed upon product, which is a fully functional website that can be used as an online store. After they had decided to ghost me. I started challenging all of the funds that ahead sent them. They're still a small amount that. Unfortunately, I'm not able to try to challenge all the lien. Currently working on getting those funds back and as you can see in my messages with them. They had threatened me because they refused to deliver the agreed upon product”
“I contracted with webconica to update an existing website and to create an additional website...adding a membership option for both sites.
The process was supposed to take 3-4 weeks. 5 months later I still did not have any output from webconica. I asked for a refund and was told it would take some time. I received a $100 partial refund weeks later. They still owe me additional funds. I have tried to contact them and have not been able to reach anyone by phone. I was able to contact them via a chat line and was told I would get a call from the refund dept. in an hour...that was over 2 hours ago. To date they have not provided me with any output from the project and seem to ignore any effort to receive a refund. Not sure about all the good reviews...they certainly have not given me any satisfaction. I just want the balance of my refund or all the output for the 5 months that have taken to work on my project.”
