“Everything from start to finish went wrong. Not professional- they did a bait and switch, couldn’t meet any timeline/deadline, prices kept changing (no full disclosure) couldn’t focus on what I typed out to have changed, not a smooth process.

“Extremely frustrating experience with Webcraft Pro. I've been trying to obtain my EEP code to transfer my domain (revaltek.com) to a new hosting provider, but my requests continue to be ignored.
My business email has not worked since March. The login credentials they gave me for the email admin panel don't work, and I’ve had zero access to my email since then. I received a text from Noah, one of the owners, who said he would send the EEP code — but nothing ever came, and there’s been no follow-up communication.
Noah also claimed the email is working “on their end” — but that doesn’t help me. I checked my email again this morning, and it’s still completely down. I’ve been given no proof that it's working, and if it is working on their end, then why isn’t it working on mine?
I’ve now had to file a formal complaint with ICANN. This level of service is unacceptable — it feels like they’re holding my domain hostage. Do not trust this company with your website or email.”
“very bad experience with this company. I have sent over 60 emails complaining about my site, my pop up does not work, emails link to the hosting site all are wrong. My web page gets no traction due to its in Japanese. I'm fight to get my money back this was an complete waste of time .”
