“I worked with WebCreatorsHub to develop my website, and things started off very well. They were responsive, helpful, and made revisions as needed. However, as we got close to the final stages, communication began to fall apart. They became harder to reach, started missing appointments, and eventually stopped responding altogether.
I tried contacting Diego multiple times by phone, text, email, and Instagram, but I haven’t received any response. I had already made my final payment, yet I was never given the WordPress login credentials. After all the effort put into this project, I now have to start over with a new developer and take a financial loss.
This has been my experience, and I think it’s important for others to be aware. Diego, if you see this, please reach out, what happened here was not fair.”
