I strongly advise anyone considering Web Design Sigma to proceed with extreme caution. My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating, leading me to believe that many of the positive reviews posted here are fabricated.
From the outset, their promises of high-quality service were not delivered. The website they created for me was far below the standard I expected, filled with generic and low-quality content that did not reflect my business. When I questioned the authenticity of their reviews and inquired about using real testimonials from my clients, they dismissed my concerns and offered to post their own "reviews" instead—further confirming my suspicion that many of their 5-star ratings are fake.
In addition, they added services like trademarking and SEO that I did not request or authorize, and when I tried to address these issues, they refused to issue a refund, despite the fact that the website was incomplete and not as promised.
This company has also been associated with other shady practices, including changing their name and creating new profiles to avoid accountability. If you value transparency, quality, and integrity in a business relationship, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.”
