“The worst experience I have ever had using a company for a service period. We very much doubt the 5 Star reviews are genuine. They all are fake reviews. We have approached this company to develop our website 7 months ago and agreed to deliver our project in 2 months, but we started receiving excuse after excuse for last 6 months. Also, they changed 7 project managers in this order, every project manager blamed the previous manger for the project delays. None of them had any experience in building any kind of web development. This was complete nightmare and wasted our valuable time and money. Then we have done extensive search about this company and found that • this company is operating illegally in UK provided with FAKE UK address 69, Buchanan Street Glasgow G! 3HL, nor at a second address of100 West George Street, Glasgow G2 1PJ. • Parent Company – Orbit Technology Solutions Ltd o 100% ownership – Junaid Mansoor - Pakistani Citizen o Address: 381 Audley Range Black Burn, Lancashire BB1 1UD o Another front company – www.websitecottage.co.uk o There 2 more similar companies are in operation we are checking the details. These operations are going on to trick the customer to make payments, but they don’t deliver the project or don’t do any refund. I am awaiting a refund but I have been told so many lies that I would not be at all surprised if I don’t receive this as promised which means it has been a complete waste of time and money and an unpleasurable experience. We have now contacted the relevant authorities to investigate the legitimacy of this agency and to look at how we can get our money back. DO NOT USE THESE COMPANIES AT ALL”

“I'm writing this review today as an EXTREMELY dissatisfied customer. I have spent getting close to 20K on a project which 8 months later still is no where near completed. I have had little effective communication, I have had no clear timeline for project completion and I have to send multiple e-mails to get any response. I have been passed from PM to PM all with increasingly worse response times. I have had features agreed at the beginning of the project to which I paid the right amount. The company then states no you also have to pay for various other features which they don't tell you about, they just expect you to pay. They also then say we actually can't add in certain features, despite these being agreed in advance. So in short, if you want a website that is fully functional, delivered on time, in budget and without being lied to constantly then I STRONGLY suggest that you choose any other company than this. I have been left stuck in a position where I have given them all of my budget and so can't even move to a new developers. If I could, I would instantly. The only good thing I can say is they can create a site that will look okay.”

“Steer clear. Absolute con. All the good reviews are FAKE. Read the bad reviews they are all correct and true. The trading address is fake. They are not even in the UK. Don't be fooled by these liars.”

“I approached the company to get my website done which they promised is going to be done in 4 weeks. Its been 3 months and there are still a lot of work to do. The customer service is really rude and non responsive. You can chase them for days by calling or emailing. No one comes on the phone and of course the work is not done. I will definitely not refer the company to anyone .Please save some peace.”

“I very much doubt the 5 Star reviews are genuine. Pay close attention to the bad ones. They seems obviously fake because of the such precise and carefully chosen wording and also because it in no way mirrors my experience. The initial design concept was supposed to be within seven days. After ONE MONTH of appallingly bad communication and being told numerous lies about delivery I am in receipt of three (supposed to be 5) exceedingly poorly put together pages of text that an amateur could have created in the space of a couple of hours. You could argue that there has been no design work whatsoever as it is mostly text based. Their complaints handling is non-existent and I got into a row on at least two occasions. Not at all professional. The terms and conditions are not transparent - do not be fooled by the 100% satisfaction and money back guarantee so be careful what youre signing up for. Now six weeks after initial instruction I still have no website and there isnt even anything good I can take from it so I am back to square one. I am awaiting a partial refund but ive been told so many lies that I would not be at all surprised if I dont receive this as promised which means it has been a complete waste of time and money and an unpleasurable experience. Be very wary using this company.”

“I instructed Web Designs Labs on the 24th April to build a website for my business. I have given all my details to them. It’s just over one month and still I have no website. Communication is terrible, only ever very small changes made at any one time. Requested several times to have telephonic communication to try and speed process without any call back. Very disappointed.”
