“I very much doubt the 5 Star reviews are genuine. Pay close attention to the bad ones. They seems obviously fake because of the such precise and carefully chosen wording and also because it in no way mirrors my experience. The initial design concept was supposed to be within seven days. After ONE MONTH of appallingly bad communication and being told numerous lies about delivery I am in receipt of three (supposed to be 5) exceedingly poorly put together pages of text that an amateur could have created in the space of a couple of hours. You could argue that there has been no design work whatsoever as it is mostly text based. Their complaints handling is non-existent and I got into a row on at least two occasions. Not at all professional. The terms and conditions are not transparent - do not be fooled by the 100% satisfaction and money back guarantee so be careful what youre signing up for. Now six weeks after initial instruction I still have no website and there isnt even anything good I can take from it so I am back to square one. I am awaiting a partial refund but ive been told so many lies that I would not be at all surprised if I dont receive this as promised which means it has been a complete waste of time and money and an unpleasurable experience. Be very wary using this company.”

“I instructed Web Designs Labs on the 24th April to build a website for my business. I have given all my details to them. It’s just over one month and still I have no website. Communication is terrible, only ever very small changes made at any one time. Requested several times to have telephonic communication to try and speed process without any call back. Very disappointed.”

“This company are is a big scam 5ey take your initial payment, then pressure you to buy extras that you don’t know about, then once a poor quality website is built they disappear, no contact from telephone number, direct email or what’s app. These people are horrible, despicable, robbing, scammers. I don’t wish bad on people but these I really do. PLEASE DONT USE AND GET SCAMMED”

“Hello evryone, please stay away from this company, I have spent just over 2k with them after being very please with the services they offered me when did the logo so I decided to go with a big marketing package, I got a bit lucky because I did not gave all the money upfront because all the amount was over 4k. But it has been well over two months since we started and they have done about 80% of my website but did not went live, but other that that nothing no social media, no marketing NOTHING. So at least I have my logo done for 2k LOL. Please read the rest of the reviews too see some fact about this SCAMERS!”

“They are all scammer, they toke the money and stop responding to email or phone call even when i sent them email in what's up (+44 1518080128) the message doesn't delver anymore, the salesman name Gary promised to deliver the website in 4 weeks and when i paid the fee he never response at all. i'm sure who give them 5 start here are them self, the are flooding the comments to show they have good review”

“First they was courteous and friendly but then after I told them I would think about it they would be constantly calling me the next morning and would leave me constant messages asking what I want to do 10 calls and 3 emails in space of 7 hours is slightly worrying and finally when I answered their call I felt pressure selling was a big factor here.but at that moment I felt they was just persistent and just wanted to be attentive however this should have been the first alarm bell. We then decided proceeding with the website design after paying £180 deposit they got back to me after a week with the design and I noticed they pretty much just used a pre made template and just added in a few things from other sites I gave as examples which I could have done myself on wix.com. After 5 weeks they hadn't really made much progress with the site and had not even sorted out the content or the design and they began calling me every day and emailing me asking to make full payment when I replied nothing has been completed yet as agreed at the start that I would pay remainder amount once all design and content has been approved however they decided they needed the payment now!! I then requested payment will be made in a week as I need to wait to my pay to which they agreed however then decided to add that I need purchase domain name when I gave them the names I require I was told I need to pay now to get those names to which I replied they haven't been used or bought in the last 14 years I highly doubt it will be bought in the next 7 days. Low and behold I get a call 5 days later stating my domain names had been purchased all 3 different types .com, .co.uk and .org... what are the odds of this happening all of a sudden I was then told they can get my domain names back provided I pay them a fee to buy it off another company. I found this odd and asked my broker to check who purchased them and low and behold found this company bought all 3 domain names and are trying to fraudulently make me pay extra for them. I confronted them about this and have asked for my deposit back as they practiced with malice and fraudulent behaviour. They have since been ignoring all my calls and emails. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company they are scammers!!!”

“The worst experience I have ever had using a company for a service period. We very much doubt the 5 Star reviews are genuine. They all are fake reviews. We have approached this company to develop our website 7 months ago and agreed to deliver our project in 2 months, but we started receiving excuse after excuse for last 6 months. Also, they changed 7 project managers in this order, every project manager blamed the previous manger for the project delays. None of them had any experience in building any kind of web development. This was complete nightmare and wasted our valuable time and money. Then we have done extensive search about this company and found that • this company is operating illegally in UK provided with FAKE UK address 69, Buchanan Street Glasgow G! 3HL, nor at a second address of100 West George Street, Glasgow G2 1PJ. • Parent Company – Orbit Technology Solutions Ltd o 100% ownership – Junaid Mansoor - Pakistani Citizen o Address: 381 Audley Range Black Burn, Lancashire BB1 1UD o Another front company – www.websitecottage.co.uk o There 2 more similar companies are in operation we are checking the details. These operations are going on to trick the customer to make payments, but they don’t deliver the project or don’t do any refund. I am awaiting a refund but I have been told so many lies that I would not be at all surprised if I don’t receive this as promised which means it has been a complete waste of time and money and an unpleasurable experience. We have now contacted the relevant authorities to investigate the legitimacy of this agency and to look at how we can get our money back. DO NOT USE THESE COMPANIES AT ALL”
