“I had the worst service possible. Ben and Bruce Lockwood were unprofessional, high pressured sales and kept coming down trying to get me to sign. They said they were based in the USA and a complete lie.
They threatened me to shut down my website after taking 8 weeks and still not complete but for weeks asking for final payment.
I still don’t have the website right and Bruce deleted my website and now costing me more time and money and I own the website and copyright.
His ego got the best of him , when I asked for his supervisor or president he said he was over 300 employees and he was the first under the president.
He refused to give me the email or contact information and said the president doesn’t care ,handle or wants to be bothered with these matters. My website should of taken one week and Ben the designer didn’t understand anything and took 8 weeks with errors that I had to guide him through from 2-9 everyday .
He was a nightmare to work with and there would be 10 things to fix and it took all day to fix 1 and then it would get screwed up during the process again and again.
Bruce told me that Ben was from the USA and a lie. Bruce uses a California number but I found out they are out of Denmark.
They never did professional services and in the contract state this, 💯 percent satisfaction and money back guarantee.
He got upset because I didn’t buy his services and ask for my files immediately and he took down MY website and said there was no one to complain too over him.”

You don't get full access to the server, it's managed and you have to activate root and such through their interface HOWEVER, it is more than fine for newbies and for intermediate to experienced while it can be irritating the snapshots and added maintenance is nice to have.
Overall wish there were more options for say, Storage over speed. Or say I/O. But aside that love this service 5 stars”
