“I want to share my troubling experience with this investment platform in hopes that others won't fall victim to their unethical practices. The security measures are inadequate, and my funds were stolen despite my trust in them. The company’s inability to protect its clients’ money is infuriating, and their customer service is abysmal. I received little to no help when trying to resolve the issue. However, Mrs. Doris Ashley stepped in at the right moment and managed to help me recover my lost funds. “Total scam. I was tricked to open an account thinking I'd be a good platform, I soon found out ALL THE POSITIVE reviews you read about these scammers are 100% made up by them. At that point I immediately tried to delete my account which proved impossible. They will either give you fake info on how to close it to force you to login so then the automatic cold calling starts all over again, or they won't reply at all. Meanwhile they will bombard you with hundreds of calls from multiple UK numbers every day and night. I have to keep my phone switched off because of them. When I answered and asked them to delete my account and stop calling, the guy on the other hand started harassing me in a rude way. They are a nightmare. Clearly all they want is your data and continue calling is possibly linking your phone to some suspicious activity. I repeat ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE 100% FAKE. This is a scam. Stay away.”
