“It's clear as day that these guys only care about lining their own pockets, and they don't give a rat's behind about keeping their customers happy. “invested a smaller amount of money in this company for cryptocurrency trading, which turned out to be a disastrous experience. Already the payment procedure was kind of intricate, as the payment request did not come from this company but a different one, where PayPal was somehow involved too. In any event, after receiving info about the Weber Asset homepage, I started monitoring the trade, and it turned out that I was quickly making a small profit. I, therefore, filled in a withdrawal request comprising the gain, but that request was never acknowledged. I tried to call the company, but a recorded voice stated that they would return my call as soon as possible, which they never did. I also emailed the account manager several times but never got an answer. The request for withdrawal was repeated many times, but my bank account has still not received any money from them. I finally asked for a refund from Weber Asset, but they did not bother to respond. I was, however, subsequent to asking them, reimbursed by the company I paid to, and so the deal turned out to get a happy ending after all. I wanted to provide this story to share my experience with the inability of this company to communicate with its customers and the frustration that leads to.”

“Total scam. I was tricked to open an account thinking I'd be a good platform, I soon found out ALL THE POSITIVE reviews you read about these scammers are 100% made up by them. At that point I immediately tried to delete my account which proved impossible. They will either give you fake info on how to close it to force you to login so then the automatic cold calling starts all over again, or they won't reply at all. Meanwhile they will bombard you with hundreds of calls from multiple UK numbers every day and night. I have to keep my phone switched off because of them. When I answered and asked them to delete my account and stop calling, the guy on the other hand started harassing me in a rude way. They are a nightmare. Clearly all they want is your data and continue calling is possibly linking your phone to some suspicious activity. I repeat ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE 100% FAKE. This is a scam. Stay away.”
