"Why we select their service?\r\nThey have handling business based on Magento for many years;\r\nThey have many addon for the multi vendor marketplace, and This is just what I want.\r\n\r\nThey worked on our customization requirement of the wallet system for our eCommerce marketplace website. They provide their team and extension support with each possibility of our requirement.\r\nWe have a dedicated account manager and a development team who coordinated\r\nvery well with their full support.\r\n\r\nWe are using the Multi-Vendor marketplace and the upgraded features of the\r\nexisting modules on our website. They worked on features in the wallet system as\r\nper requirements.\r\n\r\nI am impressed with their coordination and support with each of my requirements."

"I bought from Webkul Multi Vendor Mobile App for android and iOS. I didn't receive the physical file. Installed by yourself. That is not the end of the problem. Need to customize to my magento marketplace. A lot of time has passed but the app is not yet customized.\r\nEmails from the app are downloaded with the Lumo logo. When should I download with my store logo. All categories are expanded on the seller's page. Another app page tries to mimic the first page of the store. But again, all the categories are unfolded. Prices are but no photos of the goods. Blames other extensions for incompatibilities.\r\nThere are also no terms of conditions at checkout when purchasing goods for the buyer. No PayPal, credit card. Also, app extensions do not automatically sync with the store. And this is the worst.\r\nThe above-mentioned shortcomings have not been remedied. I only get a question from Webukl every day. (Have problems with the app)\r\nI can still write a lot about the shortcomings of these apps. This app is not suitable for use with magento marketplace multivendor. These extensions in the Webkul website have a deceptive description that only leads the buyer to buy. The description does not correspond to reality."
