Had the same experience trying to set up a web site for my small company. Paid the initial fee, then if you wanted this it is an extra $$$ paid twice for logo designs, First time was in the initial payment and 2nd time an extra payment. When questioned, couldn't get a straight answer. Every call was a request for more money to do this or that. Also asked to cancel another site I paid for, since there is a 100% satisfaction or money back guarantee. WRONG!! Have an office in Manhattan but run out of a trailer over the river in NJ. Not much better an operation than the scam Bitcoin hustlers. Disappointed to say the least. If you have very little knowledge of how to get started, stay away.”
