“Totally rubbish service. They took over £2500 off me. Messed up my entire advertising campaign and almost ruined my business and they’re also refusing me a refund. My website is no longer up. Im also disabled, they knew I was disabled and they incorrectly priced up my website by nearly £3000 when they knew my budget was a third of this.
I paid for this service in January and i am thousands out of pocket.
Please do not even consider hiring this firm, I’ve been working with them for 5 months, I’m left in limbo and completely broken.
I feel like I’ve been hit over the head and robbed.
It’s basically criminal what this firm are trying to get away with and I haven’t received a penny in refunds or compensation.”
