“The company did not provide the services stated in the contract. They refused to answer the BBB complaint I issued and I am out $2000.00. I would not use them; there are several complaints against them throughout the internet.”
“Terrible scammers. Continually tried to charge for services already paid for. I would not recommend them, so I turned them in to the BBB. They never transferred my website stating I owed $750.00
I will go elsewhere - Go Daddy etc. for far less and reputable service.”
“These guys are scammers. We bought a website from them, and 16 months later, they hacked the same website they sold us!
We said we'd fix it ourselves if they could transfer the domain to us (OUR OWN BUSINESS NAME), and they said that was the cancellation fee. You'd have to pay $1200 to fix the virus (which they planted themselves!) or $800 to get ownership of your domain.
I asked for a breakdown of the cancellation fee, and he made up a fake lie about it being a premium domain renewal and how they use Comodo SSL. The domain is not premium at all; it's $20 to renew, and they use a free SSL, as per the certificate viewer. They are just flat-out lying for money. There is no shame or honour.
This was the worst experience I've ever had. These guys need to be thrown in jail. Their fake English names are Dustin and Brandon.”
