“The product is well designed but not beginner friendly as marketed. I received a defective USB cable that would connect with laser and computer. A replacement cable was shipped after 3 days of troubleshooting. The connection finally worked using the IP address. The auto focus is constantly failing and the resolution from tech support is to turn the machine off then on which is annoying. The fume extractor does not operate properly when a big job is being performed. The manual for the machine lacks useful information for the novice. The machine is more complicated and not user friendly. I would not recommend it.”

“What like is the ease and simplicty of using ready to go pretty much out of the box. The rotary attchement is another story, might just be me I have large hands and trying to set it into place and tighten the item down in the chuck... not the easiest thing to do. Last is not really a pro or con but an observation, I did alot of you tubing to learn prior to gettiny unit and it seems it's all tyhe same ppl getting free machines and put together and boom off to the races. Not one was a regular guy like me with no exp. of any kind n lasers and the struggles with them. So send some to some newbies to show the struggles that we have. Love this machine”
