“Firstly they mislead you by not informing you exactly what items you will be charged for increasing the overall bill by £200.00 for items you did not ask for or be informed there was a charge.
Secondly the condition of my daughters dress was unacceptable and ended up ruining her big day, when a complaint was made we were told this is just the design of the dress and as we could not get back to the shop they refused to take the complaint any futher. Sorry but you do not expect a dress you have paid that much money for to have design faults. Would not recommend this shop”
