Got in touch with them well in advance of cut off on day before the last day they were open, was told to make my payment quickly for "best chance of posting out" - I made bank transfer within 5 minutes and still 4 days on, order is "processing". What a way to treat new customers, lose them as future customers on the very first order. Not impressed.”
