“Quick, easy, helped take care of an error on my part when I ordered, through their messenger. The customer service was quick to resolve my mistake. I’d give 6 stars if I could. Seeds have been in soil maybe 2 days and are already popping.”

“I had a very pleasant experience with ordering my seeds here. The deliverer who was supposed to put the envelope in my mailbox didn't do that but sent it back. The awesome team responded just a few minutes after I sent an email telling them about my problem. We quickly got a great solution and I'm now very happy with my seeds”

“Bei mir wurden statt 6 nur 3 Samen geliefert obwohl das Samenpäckchen dabei war, aber es war halt leer. Kundendienst angeschrieben, Antwort ein paar Stunden später auf deutsch, kein Problem neue Samen werden verschickt. Das ist für mich mehr als eine einfache Reklamation, denn man kann ja nicht beweisen das keine Samen im Päckchen waren. Dafür klare 5 Sterne. Das Saatgut wird gerade erst angebaut, dazu kann ich leider noch nichts sagen. War wahrscheinlich ein Fehler der Verpackungsmaschine. Vielen Dank nochmal liebes Weedseeds Team LG Wolfgang Schug”

“Three of my orders didn’t arrive over several months. Two weeks after the first order deadline and the first order did not arrive I reached out to the team via the link in the order, the team got back to me and said they could re-send or wait and see if the other ordered turned up, I chose to wait and see if they came. I was disheartened when nothing arrived thinking it was not worth ordering again. I reached out to the team replying to the email they sent me, the team kindy offered to resend all three orders in one package with tracking. I watched the tracking over a month and seen long delays between countries. I’m now a happy customer that has restored faith as my seeds arrived yesterday. Thanks Team, great effort. Daniel”
