“It took 3 resends to arrive which was good but took 4 months in total. Other companies have used much better packaging which I suspect gave them a better delivery percentage.”

“Well what can I say , weedseedexpress are my go to Seed bank for quality seeds. I’ve always had 100% germination. Very friendly staff always there to help with any problems. Deliver on time as always and very easy for returns , excellent seed company”

“One star because the seeds actually arrived 0 out of 3 grew. Knew they where duds as soon as all 3 where floating, still soaked for 24 hrs then planted, 10 days later still nothing...”

“I HAVENT GOT MY SEEDS .PAYED $100 .I PAYED WITH BANK TRANSFER ...I HAVE ODER NUMBER ..8 LIVE IN AUSTRALIA..I HAVE TRYED CONTACTING WEEDSEEDSEXPRESSS THAY HAVENT EVEN TRY TO CONTACT ME BACK ...NO HAPPY I WOODNT BYE FROM THIS COMPANY”

“I did not receive my seeds until halfway through our outdoor season and am not set up for indoor yet. I threw a few in any way just to see how they would go. 100% germination rate and excellent growth rate(5 sets of leaves in 3 weeks) and a really strong green colour, so far all good.”

I have no complaints at all with the way they handled a missing parcel, they followed up immediately with no beating around the bush and were helpful, and polite and fixed the problem.
