“Hi guys after making a wire transfer at my bank it only took 2 weeks to receive my seeds here in Canada 🇨🇦. With the tracking app I was able to track the shipment every step of the way. It was great seeing the package clear customs and follow tracking right to my mailbox. It was a Flawless delivery. I will definitely use your service again. Thank you.”

“I ordered the product and received only part of my order. I did not leave a very flattering review then, I am back to update. I just wanted my seeds before germination season here in Maine, USA. I learned a lot about WSX during this time. They will address the challenge and face it head on. WSX is a young start up very very good folks at the top. I had the pleasure to speak to John before all was said and done. He apologized and shared with me his business model challenges. At this point I felt like a very small person with a even smaller challenge. I got my seeds, most of them at least, that I should have satisfied. WSX has customers worldwide that do not get their order. They respond to emails, make phones calls when they should be resting for the next day work load. When a customers order goes missing, WSX with no questions resends the order from their pocket. Today, 4-5-21 I am beginning my germination. In my wildest imagination I would be excited to see every seed sprout. Realistically I have to wait and see. I do wish WSX much success and may they have patients of saints dealing with those of us that can be a pain. I apologize to WSX for my behavior. I believe that I will be a returning customer.
