“Disappointed. Firstly. I was not offered the discount i could have had on first order. Chose to reorder with discount. Very difficult to pay instead of usual ways of paying. Paid the account and after 7 days still had heard nothing. Emailed you again to find out if payment was confirmed. Was told no payment confirmed. Then I had an automated email saying seeds are on their way. I wasn't able to track the package. The package looked like it was in Switzerland for days and days. When they did arrive. I was most disappointed for the price I paid. I have used other companies in the past where the packaging was more interesting and informative, they also pop in a bonus seed. I just hope they grow is all I can say. Thank you for allowing me to leave you feedback. I hope something can be used to help you.”

“Like every other customer of WSE, I know the quality of your strains is far beyond better than any other seed bank. From products to personal service. Unfortunately after ordering from them for a number of years my last order never arrived. This has happened before and WSE were fantastic and replaced it but last time I don't think they believed me when I got in touch with them to let them know that my order never showed. They advise you get a full refund but I only got half of my money back, also an email saying saying they only refund half of the money. Oh well it's only money. To future customers, make sure you try all the strains they get better every time and tell your friends to give them a go. You'll be more than happy.”

“Never received my order last year and spoke to customer service and they told me they would be sending another lot of seeds an never received those spoken to customer service about getting my money back an all you could do is half payment or try again now iam getting seeds elsewhere not happy with weeds seed Express .”

“Last year I bought the ten get two free of the og kush and none of the seeds sprouted.I text your company and complain about the seeds I got.I told your company that I had two left and I was scared to start the rest of them and your company told me try to start the rest of them so I did and none of the seed sprouted .im very not happy with any of it !!! I wish your company could do something for this problem!!!”

“A total disaster !!! Product delivered 4 months after has been ordered. Countless emails to follow up as they couldn't find the payment even if proofed. Eventually payment has been found as they couldn't allocate it to my order. Will think twice before use them again as they were ready to do nothing about it. Poor customer service !!!”

“First time I ordered they didn’t arrive. Got a reorder, they came and I had a great grow. Next year my first order never arrived, got a reorder and 3 out of 12 seeds were crushed, and one pack was the wrong strain. Asked for a replacement, they never arrived either. Made another order and they didn’t arrive either. 1/10 ten rating, great genetics if you can get them to your doorstep.”

“One star because the seeds actually arrived 0 out of 3 grew. Knew they where duds as soon as all 3 where floating, still soaked for 24 hrs then planted, 10 days later still nothing...”
